The International Network & Community of Writers Society (Incwriters) was founded in 2004, created initially as Inc. in 2002-2003. Incwriters administrates the award for Outstanding Contribution to Literature (Magazines), this award is given every two years to a magazine or magazines that have in the last year shown a commitment to quality in publishing both in content and style.

The images below are from the OCL(M) Award at Central Manchester Library Committee Room on Tuesday 11th March 2008. Thanks are given to all the publishers, editors, writers, poets and readers that attended and took part. Special thanks goes to Ian Parks, Nina Rapi (Brand), Carole Baldock (Orbis), Michael Standen (Other Poetry), Graham High (Blithe Spirit) and William Park (Incwriters) for featuring on a panel discussion. Thanks also goes to Libby Tempest of Manchester Central Library and Jane Mathieson from Time to Read who presented the OCL(M) Award 2008 to Philip Sadgrove from Banipal.

On the 11 March 2008, 6:00-7:30PM at Manchester Central Library. The Incwriters OCL (Magazines) Award was be announced and the winners was Banipal. Incwriters would like to thank Manchester Central Library for their continued support.
