If you’re a bluechrome author and would like to take part in a special reading organised by Sue Guiney then get in touch. bluechrome authors are invited to read from their books at this event, with proceeds going to support the Cold Weather Shelters.
Sue is known at the Camden and Lumen events and was in the last anthology, Genius Floored. The Camden and Lumen project also includes other bluechrome authors, so if this sounds like you then leave a comment here if you’d like to take part.
You can also ask to take part by clicking on the Facebook link on http://www.camdenlumen.wordpress.com and leave a comment there, or ask at the next Camden or Lumen event. Even if you haven’t been involved with Camden and Lumen or the Cold Weather Shelters before this could be a good time to start if you’re a bluechrome author or would like to attend the event.
This reading is likely to be quite a get-together as the bluechrome authors are a wonderful bunch and it’s a pity this publisher is no longer active. It will be a celebration of the creative talent of the authors and a time to move on to new projects.
The event will be in St Benet Church, Queen Victoria Street, London EC4V 4ER on Thursday, 22 April at 6.30pm for 7.00pm. Admission will be £4 and will go to support the Cold Weather Shelters.

This event can also go on tour, so if you’re a bluechrome author and would like to organise a similar event in your region then let me know so that I can help to get the word out for you.

I remember your collection Carolyn. I hope you had luck placing it elsewhere and I’d say you count. Contact Sue on sue@guineyuk.com about the event. It’s being arranged in support of the Cold Weather Shelters as part of Ruth O’Callaghan’s Camden and Lumen Poetry project, which you can see on http://www.camdenlumen.wordpress.com This is a special event for those of us moving on from bluechrome and Sue Guiney is co-ordinating. It should be a lovely event. I’ll be there….
